Carl Chryniszzswics is Johnny Bravo's neighbor who debuted in Season 2. Carl is Johnny's best friend, a local genius, and a geek. He is often considered annoying by others, mostly due to his high-pitched nasal voice. He appears in most episodes during Seasons 2 and 3 -- unfortunately, by the fourth and final season of the show, his character gets a downgrade in the form of only having minor roles and cameos.
