I got two packs: a medium and large. I'm 5'3'', 135 pounds, and I found them both to fit fine, but the larges are slightly more flattering and comfy. I wear a medium t-shirt but I prefer the larges for this product. Definitely size up if you're on the fence.4. These are exactly what I was hoping for. I am 5'11" and wear size 10/12, 36D.
