These colorways were inspired by her love of New York City and its magical feel in the fall--welcome to Autumn in New York! Alexi will be designing a new sweater in her workshop in two versions--one knit, the other crochet.

The yarn:

Sewrella Yarn's Classic Worsted is a 100% superwash merino wool yarn that has excellent stitch definition, softness, and drape. Known around their studio as the old favorite, this yarn is dyed in small batches by hand in North Carolina and is as versatile as it is beautiful. Ashleigh worked with Alexi to create two amazing colorways, The Met and Brownstone.

The project:

Alexi will be making similar silhouette pullover sweaters in two different versions--one knit named Hawthorne Turtleneck, and one crochet named Holloway Turtleneck! No excuses for skipping this fun project!

The crochet and knit versions have identical finished bust measurements 40 (44, 48, 53, 57)(61, 66, 70, 74) in / 101.5 (112, 122, 134.5, 145)(155, 167.5,178, 188) cm with 10-12 in (25-30cm) positive ease.

The knit skein quantities for sizes XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL) are: 6 (6, 7, 8, 9)(10, 11, 12, 13) skeins.

The crochet skein quantities for sizes XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL) are: 7 (8, 9, 10, 11) (12, 13, 14, 15) skeins.

Fiber: 100% Superwash Merino
